Board & Staff
The Captain and Vice Captain are elected by the Division Board near the end of the previous year. The Immediate Past Captain, as the name indicates, is the previous Division Captain. All three are members of the Division Board. The Flotilla Commanders are also elected near the end of the previous year by their respective flotillas and serve with the Captains, as Division Board Members. The Division Captain conducts Division Meetings and represents the Division Board at District Meetings.
